RFUTR and PathSight Predictive Science Announce Joint Venture to Build Community Intelligence

Washington, DC — June 2026 — RFUTR Inc., a Washington, DC-based 501(c)(3), and PathSight Predictive Science today announced a joint venture to build Community Intelligence (CI), a behavioral data platform designed to help communities increase their own impact and attract investment aligned with their values.

The venture grew out of a search to identify the most nature-attuned consumers and communities in the United States, at a moment when federal support for conservation work had grown markedly less certain. RFUTR began looking past traditional donor and policy channels toward the communities already living out conservation values on the ground — starting with regenerative farming communities across the country.

Dr. Bob Raleigh, whose research applying behavioral and psychometric science to community-level decision-making was that missing piece: a way to measure, rather than assume, where trust and values alignment already existed inside a community. They began working at Davos 2025, evolving a series of tools over the following 15 months to read a community's behavioral readiness before any program, investment, or campaign is designed around it.

Community Intelligence is the platform collaboration. Developed jointly by RFUTR and PathSight’s Cohera Systems, it maps trust and values alignment inside a community directly — without demographic profiling or personal data collection — so that funders, investors, and public programs can identify communities genuinely ready to act, rather than guessing from the outside.

"We didn't set out to build a company," said Kevin Starace founder of RFUTR Inc. "We set out to find the people who already cared the most about having a sustainable future, and ended up building a platform and instruments that actually see them behave."

Value alignment sits at the center of the venture's approach to defensibility: rather than compete on proprietary data alone, RFUTR and PathSight are betting that a platform built to serve communities' own interests — not extract from them — will earn a durability no dataset can replicate on its own.

RFUTR will continue to lead the venture's nonprofit-facing work — service delivery, communications and partnerships, civic trust-building, and community investment research — under its 501(c)(3) mission, while the joint venture with PathSight develops and licenses the underlying Community Intelligence platform.
